Some dates coming up:

Spelling Bee:  Monday, February 6th @ 9:30 in the gym. Good luck to MW, LG, BK,  & MJ!

If any of you have playing cards that you are not using (missing a card is OK), could you please send them to school? I have a project that requires a LOT of playing cards. You would not get them back.  J I can run them on tag board, but playing cards make it much more cool! Check out the website below to see the project.

    1. Here is the info that the other 6th grade teachers are telling the kids with regards to "dress" for the Footloose production!

      80's wear -
Girls will be in leggings, leg warmers, tennis shoes (converse or high tops would be great) sweatshirts/shirts/sweaters with the necks cut and worn off one shoulder - with a top underneath. :)
They can wear leggings with short skirts over the top. If they want to do the leg warmer look, they can take a big bulky pair of socks and cut the foot off.
big hair - ponytails high and off to one side.
Boys pretty much wore jeans and t-shirts. Same type of tennis shoes as the girls if they have them. Plain t-shirts (white) would be best, but if they wear one with a print/logo, suggest that it is a smaller, less obvious print - and a company that was around in the 80's.
