MID TERMS WILL COME HOME WED, SEPTEMBER 28. Please sign and return them. [Our new program does not allow us to list every assignment. It will list a homework average, test average, project average, and quiz average, as well as their overall average.] I have not taken science grades yet.

READING: Both classes are reading required books (Hatchet-5th & Gilly Hopkins—6th).
LANGUAGE: Continuing with diagramming adverbs; writing expository and creative; LWR quiz on THURSDAY
SOCIAL STUDIES: 5th graders: Evaluate map project and begin Chapter 2-Native Am and their Land
SCIENCE: Continuing with our study of acid from last year.
MATH: Geometry. All students should bring home passwords for accessing the online math books (both 5th and 6th) the week of SEPT 26. We will finish up geometry this week. A test will be the beginning of Oct over geometry.
