I can't believe it's March!!

MontCAS testing: We will have one test/day EXCEPT on Wednesday. We will have TWO tests that day. There are a total of 6 tests that need to be given. Make up tests will be the week of March 12th.

Students may bring gum to chew during the testing time. I plan on beginning the day with the tests (8:30), so I do not see a need for a snack right away in the morning.

6th graders: On March 22nd, all Poly Drive Elementary 6th grade students will participate in Night of the Notables. Students research a notable person, living or dead, dress up like them, and share a bio poem. This takes place in the evening in the gym. Students will memorize the bio poem. The audience gets to actively participate by guessing who the notable is. I am looking forward to it!  All 6th grade students have been given a scoring guide (rubric).

There will be NO MORNING OR AFTERNOON MATH CLASSES DURING THE 2 WEEKS WE HAVE MontCAS TESTING. These are the weeks of March 5th and March 12th.
